- 4 bear chops
- garlic salt
- parsley flakes
- black pepper
- 4 bacon strips, diced
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 bay leaf
Directions

1Trim most of the fat from the chops.

2Season with garlic salt, parsley flakes and black pepper.

3Fry bacon and brown the chops in the fat.

4Remove the meat to a baking pan and add 1/2 cup water, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and the bay leaf.

5Bring to a boil and pour over the chops.

6Bake at 325° for about 2 hours.
