Ingredients

  • 2 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 1-inch lengths
  • 6 ears corn, broken in half
  • 3 lb. small potatoes, peel on
  • 1 lb. small onions
  • 4 or 5 lb. shrimp
  • 2 or 3 lb. crab legs
  • 1 box crab boil seasoning
  • 1/4 c. black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • Texas Pete hot sauce to taste (optional)

Directions

    Cover corn, potatoes and sausage with water.

    Add salt and black pepper.

    Bring to a boil.

    When potatoes are almost done, add other ingredients.

    Boil 8 to 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

    Drain and serve.
