- 2 lb. smoked sausage, cut in 1-inch lengths
- 6 ears corn, broken in half
- 3 lb. small potatoes, peel on
- 1 lb. small onions
- 4 or 5 lb. shrimp
- 2 or 3 lb. crab legs
- 1 box crab boil seasoning
- 1/4 c. black pepper
- salt to taste
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- Texas Pete hot sauce to taste (optional)
Directions

1Cover corn, potatoes and sausage with water.

2Add salt and black pepper.

3Bring to a boil.

4When potatoes are almost done, add other ingredients.

5Boil 8 to 10 minutes.

6Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

7Drain and serve.
