  • 6 Red peppers (or whichever you prefer)
  • 1 lb ground beef (or whichever you prefer)
  • 1 packages Near East - Quinoa Blend - Roasted Pepper & Basil
  • 2 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

Directions

    Cook down meat and start water for Quinoa mixture.

    Add garlic to meat.

    While those are cooking, clean out your peppers and set aside.

    Mix meat and rice mixture together.

    Add 1 can of tomato sauce (save other one to top peppers with)

    Now, get your cleaned peppers and start stuffing.

    Place in glass casserole dish and top with remaining tomato sauce.

    Bake @ 375AF for 30 minutes
