Beef And Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef, ground
- 1/2 lb. pork, ground
- 1/2 c. grated onion
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 cabbage
- 3 c. tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine meats, salt, pepper, onion and rice and shape into rolls.

2Remove the core from cabbage; place cabbage in 1 quart water in saucepan and steam until leaves begin to wilt.

3Separate cabbage leaves and wrap meat rolls in a cabbage leaf.

4Secure with toothpicks and place in a casserole dish.

5Combine tomato sauce, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and pour over cabbage rolls. Cover casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the rice is done.

7Makes 10 servings.
