Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 2 medium onions, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can beef gravy
  • 2/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. hot cooked rice

Directions

    In large skillet, cook meat, mushrooms, onions and garlic until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender.

    Drain off fat. Mix beef gravy, yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, sage and pepper. Add to meat mixture and heat until hot.

    Serve over hot rice. Serves 4.
