  • 2 pkg. dried beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped

Directions

    Take dried beef and put in blender and shred.

    Divide into thirds.
  3. 3
    Mix 2/3 of dried beef with cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and onion.

    Shape into ball and roll in remaining 1/3 of dried beef, covering entire ball.
  5. 5
    Chill and serve with crackers. Best if made the night before.
