Beef Balls In Onion Cream

- 3 medium onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. ground beef, shaped in balls
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook onions in oil until tender but not brown.

2Add meat balls and brown on all sides.

3Pour off fat, then stir in soup.

4Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally 30 minutes.

5Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
