Beef Balls In Onion Cream

  • 3 medium onions, coarsely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef, shaped in balls
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. sour cream

Directions

    Cook onions in oil until tender but not brown.

    Add meat balls and brown on all sides.

    Pour off fat, then stir in soup.

    Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally 30 minutes.

    Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
