  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 medium onions
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 4 lb. chuck roast
