- bottom round or rump roast (4 to 5 lb.)
- 2 large red onions, sliced thin
- 2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 c. boiling water
Directions

1Melt bouillon cube in boiling water.

2Mix all wet ingredients together.

3Put roast in large pot and cover with onions.

4Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

5Pour sauce mixture over and cover with lid.

6Bake at 300° for 6 to 7 hours.

7When done, pull apart with long fork.
