- 3 to 4 lb. pot roast
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sliced stuffed olives
- 8 small onions
- 8 small whole potatoes
Directions

1In a Dutch oven, brown pot roast in 1/4 cup of the French dressing.

2When roast is well browned, add remaining dressing and the water.

3Cover and cook slowly about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

4Add the onions, olives and potatoes.

5Cook another 45 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender.
