- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 4 qt. Water
- 4 Tbsp. Instant Beef Bouillon
- 1-1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 lb. Baby Carrots, cut in thirds
- 1-1/2 c. Barley (not instant)
- 2 Potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Directions

1In dutch oven, cook Beef in Olive Oil until no red shows. Add the finely chopped Onion; cooking for about 15 minutes. Add Water, Bouillon and Garlic Powder; bringing to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer (medium-low).
