  • 1 lb (.5 kg). sirloin steak
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) oil
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 jar whole mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can burgundy wine
  • cooked noodles

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).

    Cut steak into cubes and brown in oil.

    Put into 2 quarts (1900 ml) casserole dish.

    Add soups, mushrooms and wine; stir to mix.

    Bake for about 1 hour.

    Serve over cooked noodles.
