  • 6 Tbsp. Heinz 57
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. bourbon

    Heat skillet over medium flame.

    Add butter and round steak. Saute until brown.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Bake, covered, 2 1/2 hours at 250°.
