- 10 pound beef brisket
- 1 1/2 cups catsup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon cream style prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Dash of cayenne or chile powder
- 1/2 cups liquid smoke (colgin)
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except salt and brisket. Pour over brisket in non-metalic dish. Cover and refrigerate over night or several hours. Add salt, cover, bake at 300 degrees for 6 to 7 hours. Baste or turn over several times while cooking. Skim fat off. Several hours before baking is finished, slice meat and put back in pan to finish baking.
