- desired size brisket
- 1 c. strong brewed coffee
- 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Trim excess fat from brisket.

2Punch holes in brisket and place in roasting pan.

3Pour coffee over brisket and add Lipton onion soup mix over brisket.

4Wrap tightly in foil.

5Cook for 5 hours in 350° oven.

6When cooked, remove from oven.

7Cool and slice.

8Place in baking dish.
-
9Pour barbecue sauce over it and bake 1 hour.
