- 1 can brown gravy
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 beef brisket
Directions

1Mix first four ingredients together; pour over brisket and wrap securely in foil.

2Bake in pan at 325° for 1 hour per pound. Separate gravy and meat.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Skim off grease from gravy.

5Slice real thin and pour gravy over meat.

6Either serve or freeze.
