- 5-6 lbs. beef brisket
- 1/2 C. Italian salad dressing
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 can brown gravy
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Place brisket on double sheet of heavy duty foil.

2Add other ingredients.

3Pour over brisket-wrap tightly in foil.

4Bake 300 degrees for one hour per pound.

5Do not cook over 4 hours.

6Chill in refrigerator overnight, must be cold to slice properly.
