  • 4 lb. round steak, cubed
  • 4 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. red burgundy wine
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions

    Marinate meat in wine for 1/2 hour at room temperature.

    In 5-quart casserole, mix remaining ingredients and add meat mixture. Bake at 275° for 4 hours.

    Serve over egg noodles.
