  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 3/4 c. Burgundy
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. chuck cubes
  • salt, lemon and pepper and garlic salt
  • mushrooms (optional)

Directions

    Mix soups and Burgundy in large boiler or crock-pot.

    Add beef cubes and cook at 350° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
