  • 1 lb. lean stew beef or sirloin cubes
  • fresh or canned mushrooms to taste
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can Burgundy wine
  • boiled noodles

Directions

    Cut up beef in bite size pieces.

    Put all ingredients in a large, covered casserole or Dutch oven.

    Bake at 250° for 3 hours; stir occasionally.

    May add more wine or water if mixture seems dry.

    Serve over boiled noodles.
