  • 3 lb. stewing beef
  • 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c. Burgundy (optional)
  • 1 to 2 cans water
  • mushrooms (as many as desired)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well, then add stewing meat.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender.

    Cover while baking.

    Add water, if necessary.

    Serve over noodles or rice.
