  • 3 lb. beef, cubed
  • 1 can onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Rose wine

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and place in refrigerator overnight. Place in baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 4 hours or until tender. Thicken gravy with cornstarch.
