  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 lb. beef cubes
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 oz. onion soup with beef stock
  • 10 oz. Rose wine

Directions

    Pan-fry lightly with oil the beef cubes until brown.

    Remove from pan.

    Place beef in a casserole dish.

    Mix and pour the rest of the ingredients over beef.

    Bake at 320° for 3 hours.

    Use over rice or noodles.
