  • 3 lb. cubed beef
  • 2 cans Campbell's mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. red Burgundy wine

Directions

    Place all ingredients in casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 3 hours. Last 1/2 hour, add 1 can mushroom soup.

    Decrease heat to 250°. Serve over hot noodles or rice.

    Can add mushroom soup at beginning and bake for about 3 1/2 hours.
