- 1 lb. round steak, cut into bite-size cubes
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 c. beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
- 8 oz. egg noodles
Directions

1Brown the round steak in oil.

2Add the mushrooms, onion, broth, tomato paste and wine.

3Simmer, covered, 1 hour or until meat is tender.

4Cook noodles according to package.

5Serve beef and sauce over the noodles.
