- 2 doz. small flour tortillas
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3 (7 oz.) cans green chilli salsa
- 1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Crumble hamburger into skillet.

2Add onion.

3Season with salt, garlic powder and pepper.

4Pour off fat and add chilli salsa. Place a large spoonful in the center of each tortilla.

5Sprinkle generously with cheese.

6Fold sides over and fold up ends.

7Place on a cookie sheet, folded sides down.

8Cover with aluminum foil and heat in 325° oven for 20 minutes.

9Serve alone or smothered in green chilli salsa.
