- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 head cabbage, sliced in wedges
- 1 pkg. ramen noodles
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and pepper.

2Drain all fat.

3Add oil, soy sauce and water to beef mixture.

4Add cabbage, sliced in thin wedges and ramen noodles broken up over mixture.

5Add flavor packet from noodles, salt and pepper to taste.

6Simmer, covered, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
