Beef-Cabbage Casserole

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine.

2Add ground beef, salt and pepper. Cook until done.

3Spread 3 cups shredded cabbage in baking dish sprayed with Pam.

4Cover with meat mixture.

5Add remaining cabbage; top with tomato soup.

6Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350°.
