- 1 medium cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 large (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
- 2 cans Ro-Tel
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 qt. home canned frozen tomatoes or 2 cans store bought
- 1 (6 oz.) pack Italian dressing mix
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Zesty Italian dressing mix
Directions

1In a large pot, brown beef; drain well.

2Add all other ingredients and simmer until carrots are done, about 1 hour.
