- 3/4 lb. beef, cut in cubes
- 1 to 2 tsp. oil
- 4 c. water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- parsley
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 large potato, cubed
- 1 large sweet potato, cubed
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown beef in oil.

2Add 2 cups of water, bouillon cubes, cabbage, green pepper and garlic.

3Bring to a boil; simmer 1/2 hour.

4Add remaining vegetables.

5Cook until vegetables are done, about 1/2 hour.
