Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chuck roast or stew meat
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sherry wine

Directions

    Cut meat in bite size pieces.

    Mix all ingredients together. Put in casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 3 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.

    (Freeze several meals.)
