- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 pod garlic or garlic salt
- 1 large can V-8 juice
- 1 large package wide noodles
- 1 lb. cheese
- 1 medium bunch celery, chopped
Directions

1Brown meat in oil; add onion, green pepper, garlic, celery and V-8 juice.

2Simmer about 3 hours.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Boil noodles in salt water until tender.

5Grate cheese, saving some to put on top later.

6Add cheese to noodles while hot, then add this to meat mixture.

7Pour in casserole dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.

8Warm in oven about 20 minutes.
