- 1 1/2 lb. stew beef or round steak, cut in small pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sherry (optional)
- small onion, cut up
Directions

1Pour undiluted soup over meat in pan.

2Add drained mushrooms, sherry and onion.

3Cover and bake at 275° for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
