  • 1 1/2 lb. stew beef or round steak, cut in small pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sherry (optional)
  • small onion, cut up

Directions

    Pour undiluted soup over meat in pan.

    Add drained mushrooms, sherry and onion.

    Cover and bake at 275° for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
