- 1 lb. boneless round steak, cut 1/3-inch thick
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 green pepper, cut in 3/4-inch pieces
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. beef broth or water
- 1 c. sliced green onions with tops
- 3 c. hot cooked rice or noodles
Directions

1Cut meat into 1/2-inch squares.

2Separate cauliflower into flowerettes (about 4 cups).

3Brown meat in butter about 5 minutes. Add cauliflower, green pepper, soy sauce and garlic.

4Stir lightly to coat vegetables with soy sauce.

5Cover pan and simmer until vegetables are barely tender, about 10 minutes.
