- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 tsp. ground thyme
Directions

1In large saucepan, cook ground beef, celery, onion and green pepper until meat is browned; drain off fat.

2Stir in undrained tomatoes, soup, corn and thyme.

3Bring to boiling.

4Reduce heat. Cover.

5Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Makes 8 to 10 servings.
