  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce or 1 (15 oz.) can Italian tomato sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. cubed green pepper

Directions

    Brown beef in oil.

    Stir to break up meat into bite size pieces.

    Add onion and green pepper; cook 5 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients; simmer 20 minutes.

    Cook 2 cups of Minute rice per directions.

    Serve beef mixture over rice.
