  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 c. finely chopped dried beef (jar)
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and spoon into an 8-inch pie plate or a 1-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until edges are bubbly.

    Can be doubled.
