Ingredients

• 1 lb sirloin steak
• 2 tablespoons garlic-flavored olive oil, separated
• 1 roma tomato, thinly sliced
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
• 14 cup beef broth
• 4 ounces Roquefort cheese, separated
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
• 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 6 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
• 1 small green bell peppers or 1 small red bell pepper, julienned
• 3 tablespoons dry madeira wine
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 prepared pre-baked prepared pizza crust (12 inch)
