- 2 lbs 93% lean hamburger
- 2 (4 1/2 ounce) cansof diced chilies
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 (1 ounce) packets taco seasoning
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce, Medium spicy
- 8 -10 large burrito-size flour tortillas
Directions

1Brown hamburger; drain.

2Mix in both packets of seasoning along with 1 small can of chilies.

3Simmer.

4In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, 1 can of green chilies, and a generous pour of Taco Sauce.

5Don't worry about over doing it on the Taco Sauce.

6Preheat oven to 350.

7In an ungreased glass 9 x 13 pan, spread a portion of the sauce mixture to coat the bottom.

8Don't go too thin or the enchiladas will stick.

9Spoon beef mixture into each of the flour shells.

10Tuck in the sides and roll up.

11Line them into the 9 x 13 pan.

12Cover the burritos with the remaining sauce.

13Top with cheese.

14Use 90-100% of the 4 cups.

15Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes.

16Serve with extra Taco sauce and a side of jalapenos (optional).
