- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 2 cups cold cooked long-grain rice
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions

1In a skillet, cook beef untilno longer pink, and drain.

2In a large bowl, beat eggs, and pepper.

3In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons, oil over medium heat.

4Add eggs to skillet.

5As eggs set, lift the edges, letting uncooked portion flow underneath.

6When eggs are completely cooked, remove from skillet, and cut into strips.

7Return to pan.

8Stir in remaining ingredients.

9Cook and stir over low heat in remaining oil for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
