- 2 lb sirloin
- 2 head Fresh Garlic
- 1 Vegetable Oil
Directions

1If using bamboo skewers, soak in water.

2Cut steak into cubes, about the size of a good bite of steak.

3Peel Garlic

4Skewer steak and garlic, alternating between the two (being careful not to split the cloves or stab a finger).

5I usually start with two pieces of steak, then alternate.

6Leave enough room for tongs to grab skewer for turning.

7Lay out finished skewers on sheet pan, brush with vegetable oil to coat, and season with salt and pepper.

8Grill on HOT grill until garlic have softened and become golden brown, and steak is cooked to preferred doneness.

9Remove and rest in loose foil for a few minutes so juices redistribute through the meat.
