- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- flour
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. crushed tomatoes
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut meat into thin strips 1/4 inch thick and 2 inches long. Sprinkle with black pepper and paprika.

2Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown the meat 3 minutes.
