  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 6 to 8 potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. beef base
  • 8 c. water (sometimes you have to add a little more)
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 onion

Directions

    Brown the meat, chopped onion and spices together.

    Add chopped up potatoes.

    Cook until the potatoes are done.

    Mix flour and a little water and shake up; thicken the hash with this. Serve with crackers.
