  • 2 c. cold beef or steak, chopped
  • 2 to 4 c. boiled potatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. beef gravy or hot water
  • onion

    Melt butter and add remaining ingredients.

    Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Brown hash. Add onion to your taste.
