  • 2 c. lean cooked beef, coarsely ground
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked, diced potatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese (1/4 oz.)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Lightly mix all ingredients, except cheese, in large frying pan.

    Cook on low heat until underside is lightly browned.

    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole, which has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.

    Top with cheese.

    Heat in oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
