- 2 c. lean cooked beef, coarsely ground
- 1 1/2 c. cooked, diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese (1/4 oz.)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Lightly mix all ingredients, except cheese, in large frying pan.

3Cook on low heat until underside is lightly browned.

4Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole, which has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.

5Top with cheese.

6Heat in oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
