  • 3-1/4 ground beef
  • 2 tbsp. Worshestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 2-1/2 pkg. curing salt *
  • 2-1/2 pkg. jerky seasoning *

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together until well mixed.

    Will change color from red to brown and get sticky when properly mixed.

    Fill jerky press and fill each tray with drops of jerky.
  4. 4
    Dehydrate at 150F for 4 hours.

    Remove from tray and wrap jerky in paper towels to absorb any additional grease.
