- 3-1/4 ground beef
- 2 tbsp. Worshestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2-1/2 pkg. curing salt *
- 2-1/2 pkg. jerky seasoning *
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients together until well mixed.

2Will change color from red to brown and get sticky when properly mixed.

3Fill jerky press and fill each tray with drops of jerky.

4Dehydrate at 150F for 4 hours.

5Remove from tray and wrap jerky in paper towels to absorb any additional grease.
