- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Semi-freeze meat to make slicing easier.

2Slice into 1/8-inch strips; marinate overnight.

3Lay strips of meat in single layer on oven rack.

4Cook at 120° for 8 to 12 hours.

5Taste occasionally until desired chewiness is attained.
