  • 1 x Flank steak
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1 dsh Pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Soy sauce
  • 1 dsh Salt

Directions

    Put steak in freezer for about half an hour, just till hard.

    Slice steak across grain, about 1/4-inch thick.

    Combine remaining ingredients and marinate steak strips in this for at least 2 hrs.

    Place slices on rack in pan and dry in oven at 150 degrees, 12 hrs.
