Ingredients
- 1 flank steak
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. sodium (m.s.g.)
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Cut steak into thin strips approximately 2 inches long and no wider than 1/4 inch.

2(Be sure to cut with grain of steak.)

3Mix all ingredients together until well mixed.

4Coat steaks with mixture thoroughly and let stand for one hour. Preheat oven to 450°.

5Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

6Place steaks on lined cookie sheet. Be sure to space each steak.

7Bake at 450° for 25 minutes.

8Turn oven off then let sit in oven 20 minutes more. Ready to eat or refrigerate.
