Ingredients

  • 1 flank steak
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. sodium (m.s.g.)
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Cut steak into thin strips approximately 2 inches long and no wider than 1/4 inch.

    (Be sure to cut with grain of steak.)

    Mix all ingredients together until well mixed.

    Coat steaks with mixture thoroughly and let stand for one hour. Preheat oven to 450°.

    Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

    Place steaks on lined cookie sheet. Be sure to space each steak.

    Bake at 450° for 25 minutes.

    Turn oven off then let sit in oven 20 minutes more. Ready to eat or refrigerate.
