  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak, trimmed and sliced with grain 1/4-inch thick
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. m.s.g (Accent)
  • 2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

    Combine all ingredients and put into plastic bag.

    Tightly close bag.

    Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

    Preheat oven to 125°.

    Remove meat from bag and place on cookie sheet.

    Bake 4 to 8 hours, until done.
